The courageous pup, who is only five months old, has the unique feature of having only two legs. However, he manages to move around in a manner similar to a kangaroo, which is truly admirable.
With all her bouncing and jumping, she has been affectionately dubbed Roo by those who know her. Some people even mistake her for a marsupial due to her energetic movements.
In November, a British charity called Safe Rescue for dogs rescued her from the brink of death. This adorable pup had already mastered the art of jumping like a kangaroo with effortless grace.
Shortly after, a furry four-legged friend named Roo, who is thought to be a mix of a collie and whippet, found a temporary home through nurse Nikki Dick, 50, and her firefighter partner, Ian, 52. The couple is now planning to make Roo a permanent part of their family. Mrs. Dick, who resides in Morpeth, Northumberland, remarked, “We’ve completely fallen for her. How can you not? She’s an absolute darling.”
Roo is used to hopping on her two hind legs and receives extra attention from people who mistake her for a kangaroo. Regardless, she enjoys the attention and is living a pain-free and content life according to her owners. To maintain her well-being, the couple schedules weekly hydrotherapy and physiotherapy sessions to alleviate any stress on Roo’s back. They also have six other rescued dogs in their care.
