“Fueling up for Fitness: Jennifer Aniston’s Secret to a Healthy Body with Breakfast before Double Workout Sessions”

Despite her stint as Rachel on Friends being over a decade ago, Jennifer Aniston has maintained her slim figure and has only gained a few pounds. She divulged to Well And Good that her secret to staying in shape involves having a nutritious breakfast followed by two workouts throughout the day.

According to her, she wakes up at different times depending on whether she has work or not. If she’s working, she rises at around 4:30 or 5 in the morning, but if not, she sleeps in until 8 or 9 am. She identifies as a night owl and prefers staying up late. Her go-to morning drink is a cup of hot water with a lemon slice.

Every morning, together with her spouse Justin Theroux, 44, she allots 10 to 20 minutes for transcendental meditation before having breakfast. Her typical morning meal consists of a blend of protein, bananas, blueberries, frozen cherries, stevia, dynamic greens, maca powder, and a dash of cacao.
