Picasso and Newt are two adorable doggos living their best lives on a huge property in Oregon, USA. Despite being born with some facial abnormalities, they have formed an unbreakable bond that warms the hearts of anyone who sees them together. Picasso, now five years old, has a crooked nostril, while one-year-old Newt was born without a upper jaw. Luckily, they are under the care of the wonderful Liesl Wilhardt, a writer and director of Lovable Dog rescue. With her help, they enjoy a happy and comfortable life on 55 acres of land.
Liesl became the proud owner of Picasso in 2017, and recently welcomed Newt into her family in 2021. The two hit it off right away. Picasso, who is now 5 years old, was born with a unique feature – a crooked nose. Meanwhile, little Newt, who is only one year old, suffered an injury from his mother accidentally stepping on him, resulting in him having no upper jaw.
Despite the challenges caused by their past injuries and Newt’s medical business, the couple is now enjoying a very comfortable life. It’s heartwarming to see them have each other to spend time with. ❤️
Newt has been facing several challenges lately, but most of them are not related to the fact that he has lost his upper jaw. Both Newt and Picasso are social creatures who enjoy being in public, seeking attention, and engaging with people. Despite their physical limitations, they have adapted well and can navigate through almost anything they encounter. Picasso has been fond of Newt from the beginning because he loves to play and wrestle, making him a fun companion to be around.
As time passed, Newt’s friendship with their furry companion grew stronger. Both dogs possess remarkable qualities such as love, happiness, intelligence, and humor. The fact that they have remained best friends for so long is truly remarkable. May they be blessed and continue to thrive in a loving home. Let us offer our prayers that they will always have each other. Amen.
