In the beginning, this Seattle-based Persian cat had a streak of bad luck, thanks to its irresponsible owner. However, things took a turn for the better when a rescue service came to its aid and changed its life for the good.
After spending only a couple of days at the shelter, the cat was quickly adopted by a new family. The adoptive “dad” instantly fell in love with the feline despite not being a big fan of cats before. The man expressed his satisfaction with Brimley’s adjustment to his new home, saying that he’s a sweet pet. However, Brimley’s condition upon arrival at the shelter was terrible. His eyes were covered in unsightly mucus, and the veterinarians believed that they wouldn’t be able to save his left eye. The new owner had to work hard to nurse Brimley back to health.
The feline went through a series of treatments, including eye drops, ointment, and medication administered by a syringe. Surprisingly, the cat’s eyes healed without requiring surgery! Now, Brimley is living his best life and cherishing every moment. The only downside is when the owner has to leave for work, which brings him sadness.
